1, warehouse shelf piece full height limit deviation (plus or minus) 2mm.

2, warehouse shelf width limit deviation (plus or minus) 2mm.

3, warehouse shelves bottom plate height difference, limit deviation (plus or minus) 1mm.

Second, the warehouse shelves crossbeam welding accuracy in line with the following provisions.

1, column card three column claw line and the verticality of the beam centerline, within the length of the beam not more than 2mm.

2, column card and beam welding position limit deviation (plus or minus) 1mm.

Third, the warehouse shelves overall installation requirements.

1、The verticality of the warehouse shelf column piece along the length and width of the aisle direction is no more than 6mm.

2, warehouse shelves with the same layer of crossbeam height deviation (plus or minus) 1mm.

3, adjacent warehouse shelf piece column bottom center distance limit deviation of (plus or minus) 2mm.

4、The misalignment of the same column of shelf pieces in the same aisle is not more than 5mm.
