Secrets for Daily Use of Warehouse Racks

1. Choose dedicated racks. Use racks within their reasonable load-bearing capacity: for example, heavy-duty warehouse racks should be used for large goods, while light-duty racks (such as common convenience store racks and pharmacy racks) are suitable for small items like food. When displaying fruits and vegetables, match them with rattan baskets to prevent the moisture of fruits and vegetables from eroding the shelf boards for a long time.

2. Install and disassemble in order. When installing or disassembling, check whether the positions of the buckles are aligned. Do not use brute force to force installation or disassembly; otherwise, the rack frame may be deformed and the surface paint may peel off.

Place on flat ground. Before placing the racks, check if the ground is flat, or choose racks with adjustable feet. A sunken ground may cause the racks to tip over.

3. Arrange goods with light items on top and heavy items at the bottom. If too many heavy goods are placed on the upper part of the rack, the stability of the rack will be broken, causing it to tip over and severely damage the rack.

4. Standardize staff operations. When staff stock or replenish goods, they should be careful when placing heavy or hard-packaged goodshandle them gently to avoid scratches on the rack caused by the edges and corners of the goods, or dents and even deformation on the rack surface due to heavy impacts.

5. Stop damaging behaviors in time. During the daily operation of the store, it is inevitable that customers or staff accidentally spill drinks on the racks. When this happens, clean the stains immediately to prevent them from seeping in and becoming harder to clean later.
